posted by iamshockWave, 1 year ago
After the voting for both the European and North American All-Star team ended last week, this week marks the end of the voting for the Korean All-Star team.

With the All-Star Weekend taking place in Shanghai, China next month, the Korean voting ended on the 24th of April and the line-up and the coach have been announced. The team will fight against North America, Europe, China and Southeast Asia, who have a BYE to Round2 since tw Taipei Assassins won the Season 2 World Championships.

It was a close call in the top lane with kr CJ ENTUS Frost's kr Shy coming out on top, with 36.3% of the votes against kr NaJin Sword's kr MakNooN's 36.2%, even though their 1vs1 never happened. kr Reapered, from kr SKT1 came in third with 9.1% of the voting.

kr CJ ENTUS Frost's kr MadLife was the clear favorite for the support role with a 80.6% of the votes. kr NaJin Sword's kr Cain came in the second with a mere 8.1% of the votes.
kr PoohManDu from kr SKT1 2 got 3.0% of the votes.

kr CJ ENTUS Blaze's kr Ambition won the mid lane role with 43.0% of the votes, winning over the midlaner from his sister team, kr CJ ENTUS Frost's kr RapidStar who got 22.0% of the votes. The LeBlanc master Faker from kr SKT1 2 got third place with 15.7%.

kr NaJin Sword's kr Pray got the AD Carry position with 41.7%, he was followed by former
us CLG ‘s kr Locodoco who got 29.7% and kr MVP Ozone's kr imp with 11.2%.

kr KT Rolster B’s kr InSec, who many consider to be the best jungler in the world got 49.6%, kr CloudTemplar from kr CJ ENTUS Frost came in second with 23.0% and kr Watch from
kr NaJin Sword got 10.0%.

kr NaJin e-mFire's kr Park 'Reach' Jung-suk is the man assigned to coach the team, and lead them to a win.

Do you think the Korean team can take down the rest of the teams and secure that extra play-off spot? We'll just have to wait for the next month to see!

i don't think so. those are the best choice. faker and imp are awesome players but they lack experience playing outside of Korea and against other foreign teams, compare to the chosen ones.

Exactly! This roster is not the best players in Korea. Not even close. Imp and Faker could be the two best players in the world, and they're not picked.

Can you all just stop saying and judging Korean All star roster? Its not like some randoms were chosen. All chosen players have proved themselves on international level and definitely good enough for All star week. Korea has a lot of talented players and its impossible to objectively compare individual players at each role. In Korea many players could be different and the team woudl be just as strong.

Yea I can judge because I actually watch these players play. I've watched enough to say without a shadow of a doubt that Imp is the best adc in the world. Faker has only been around for a while, so maybe he hasn't proven he's the best at an international level. But right now he is playing like he's the best mid laner in the world, without a doubt.

This is a two-way street bro. Fact is, eu players know how to play against ambition and shy per example. With Faker and imp (who deserves being on this team) is a whole new challenge to them.
