Well, honestly, I don't know how good WE is, but i know that Dynamic is pretty strong, and i have never seen a decent Chinese team on this competitive level.
So i placed a bet on Team Dynamic and I hope that WE will prove me wrong.)

You can't really compare World Elite to any Western team to be honest. Well okay, they won the IEM Guangzhou last yeah but back then CLG was considered the strongest NA team. So things have changed a lot. Especially the North American Scene has changed. Back then TSM and CLG were the top teams without any doubt. But nowadays it's totally different. There are a couple of teams who can take games off each other at any point. Such as Dignitas, Dynamic, mTw.na, TSM, Curse, Orbit, etc...
So if Dynamic can adapt to WE's playstyle they certainly got a chance. CLG.eu showed how to deal with them. They went straight 2-0 in the Quarter Final of the OGN tournament. The only team I can see beating the majority of Western teams is Azubu Blaze right now. Even though I'm desperately looking forward to a possible Grand Final with Blaze vs. CLG.eu at OGN. I'm always waiting for M5 to get more involved into Korean and North American tournaments since they've shown a lot of potential recently.
But anyway, I don't think Dynamic is out of the race yet, even though World Elite is probably the favorite. Just my two cents. ;)

Chill guys! :D
I wrote this when the majority voted for Dynamic, which surprised me seeing their recent form (tsm tournament, not so good)
i don't mind ppl voting for both teams lol, i mean, you might hope for an upset and all. just seeing 70-80% of ppl voting for dynamic surprised me
